CLIENT AND MO-MEX MANAGED SHELTERS
· In a Client Managed Shelter, the client manages the operation of the production facility, and takes responsibility for output and quality. We charge the client for the factory space, labor and support services which we supply. Our charges consist of rent for space occupied, and hourly fees for labor and support services. This is the traditional and most common type of shelter. It gives clients the maximum control over the production operation, and for facilities with 20 or more employees will usually be more cost effective.
Mo-Mex Managed
Shelters:
· In a Mo-Mex Managed Shelter, we manage the
operation of the production facility with the
technical support of the client. In
this type of shelter we can either charge for space, labor and support services,
or charge for each unit produced.
This type of shelter is cost effective for smaller operations.
It is a shared risk facility, with client risks confined principally to
the costs of materials and spare parts for machinery and equipment.
Because a Mo-Mex Managed Shelter can grow into a Client Managed Shelter,
it provides an attractive way for clients to get started manufacturing in
