  OVERVIEW

Cost Savings:

·        Manufacturing, assembling and repairing products in Mexico can produce substantial savings over the cost of performing the same operations in the United States or Canada, principally due to the much lower cost of Mexican labor. The June 1, 2009 fully loaded base hourly rate (including benefits and employer taxes) for a productive labor hour in one of our plants was US$1.30.

Shelter Plan:

          ·        We operate a shelter plan, essentially an out-sourcing program, in which we provide factory space, workers and administrative
support for the manufacturing operations of our clients.  Basically, we provide all of the Mexican resources which the
operations require, and our clients provide the machinery, equipment, raw materials, and technology required to produce their
                    products.

Types of Shelters:

·        We offer both Client Managed and Mo-Mex Managed shelters.  In a Client Managed shelter, the client takes on the task of managing the production process.  In a Mo-Mex Managed shelter, we take on that task with the technical support of the client.

Owners and Operators of the Mo-Mex Shelter Plan

·        Mo-Mex Corporation is owned by members of the Robinson Bours family, who have been in the Navojoa area for six generations, and James P. Cummings of St. Louis, Missouri.

The Robinson Bours Family employs over 5,000 people in a wide range of Mexican enterprises independent of the shelter plan.  Their reputation, experience and resources back every service and commitment of the Mo-Mex Shelter Plan.  Adrian R. Bours has been General Manager of Navojoa operations since start up in 1988.

James Cummings has served as Mo-Mex President since its founding in 1987.  Prior to that he was Senior Vice President- Finance of Michigan Gas Utilities Company.  He is assisted by his grandson, Omar Garcia Jr., a graduate of the University of Arizona who recently completed five years of service in the United States Marine Corps.
